PRVNZ is the layer of proof underneath brand, supply, and content. The integrity of that layer is a 30-year commitment to our customers — not a quarterly checkbox. Below is how we hold it.
Data integrity
Every passport and every claim is anchored across multiple verification environments. A record on PRVNZ is independently checkable — no single party, including PRVNZ, can silently alter it.
Encryption
TLS 1.3 in transit. Encryption at rest for all customer data and backups. Keys managed in dedicated key management services with audit logging.
Hardware-isolated compute
Sensitive supply-chain claims and agent workloads can run inside hardware-isolated environments — Intel TDX, AMD SEV, AWS Nitro Enclaves — so even our infrastructure operators can't see them.
Regional residency
Multi-region data planes. Customers configure where their data lives, processes, and replicates — to fit the jurisdictions and contracts they operate under.
Access control
Role-based access for customer accounts. SSO/SAML on Enterprise. Just-in-time access and full audit logs for PRVNZ engineering operations on production systems.
Incident response
On-call engineering 24/7. Documented runbooks. Customer notification without undue delay on any incident affecting their data, with a public post-mortem for material events.
Practices and certifications
PRVNZ's security program is aligned to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 control objectives. Formal certification is targeted alongside general availability. Customers under NDA can request our current security questionnaire, sub-processor list, and architecture overview.
Vulnerability disclosure
We welcome reports of suspected vulnerabilities. Please email security@prvnz.com with details and a reproduction. We'll confirm receipt within two business days. We don't pursue researchers acting in good faith under our disclosure policy.
